What is this blog even about?

I am Infinity. I am a girl studying psychology at the moment hoping to help teens and young adults overcome their autism spectrum disorder and hopefully shed more light on the disorder as a whole.

When I was 4 years old, I was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome. I have received much care and help since then. I can understand emotions and effectively convey them to others as well as pick up on how other people are feeling emotionally! If you saw me, you would never thought I had asperger’s… (err…but just perhaps, anxiety).

This blog is about my whole experience with growing up with such a label as Asperger’s Syndrome, and how I got to where I am today. I tell everything from my feelings and thoughts to events and factors that helped me grow.

As a part of my Asperger’s syndrome, I have suffered depression and anxiety. I also talk about these extensively.

My Mission

  • Show others that they are not alone
  • Highlight the mental struggle of anxiety and depression
  • Inspire those that need it
  • Narrate my experience to the world
  • Educate outsiders of the feelings of having a mental health ailment.

=SHINE and help others to shine

As cheesy as it sounds, I hope to shine with knowledge and love for health, nature, exercise, and music, and through this blog, help others find their thing that makes them ‘shine.’

People are more aware of mental health now days than ten years ago but it is hard for outsiders to really feel the pain that depression and anxiety brings. My blog elucidates such feelings.

Feel free to stop and stay, subscribe, or even leave a comment about your story.
